Dana, is my number one recruiter. She continually and consistently goes above and beyond. And also helps me with finding campgrounds close to the hospital, she is available or gets back to me in a prompt manner, and can be reached after her shift ends. I can not say enough about everything she has done for me. I have yet to see her work ethic, in any other recruiter, period. This woman needs to be recognized for the true asset that she is to your company. You should feel lucky she is on your team, I know I am!

I was reassigned to Dana after years with my original recruiter and if I'm being honest, was a little skeptical. My first recruiter knew me so well and I considered her family. Well... low and behold, Dana is fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Dane is awesome! She's quick to respond to texts and reaches out often to be sure things are going well. She's on top of finding my next assignment without hesitation and knows which boxes I need checked before accepting a contract. I would recommend Dana to anyone.

She is aware I am a new traveler and has been informative about hospitals and positions. She even took the time to get me submitted on her time off on the weekend. This will be my 5th contract with Ms. Dana. Dana has been my primary reason for continuing to travel with TNAA. I trust her implicitly and she is always there to offer guidance and advice. She has always been completely transparent about contracts and has been instrumental in helping me navigate the best ones that suit my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the travel-nursing industry, and on the rare occasion she is unsure of specifics, she does her due diligence to find answers.
