Olivia is the reason I stay with TNAA. I've had a lot of other tempting offers, but I wouldn't want to do this job without having Olivia as my resource for whatever comes up that I need. She is extremely patient and easy going, but still gets done whatever needs to get done. I am so grateful that she is the one who has been helping me navigate this travel world since 2016 -- wouldn't want it to be anyone else!

Olivia is an absolutely amazing person not just to work with but also that I get to call her my friend now. Our relationship has grown over the last 8 years and I can't imagine working with anyone else. She always goes above and beyond to help me out and when she is out for her own personal time she always gives me someone I can contact in case of an urgent need. She is always "real" and looks out for my best interest.
