Olivia reached out to me as soon as I connected with TNAA, and she was very honest with me about her hospital recommendations. Every other recruiter I worked with at other agencies was trying to push me to working at a hospital I knew from past experience to be an unsafe, unpleasant working environment; Olivia immediately, completely honestly told me to avoid them.
