I have been working directly with Olivia for 3 1/2 years and in that time have experienced nothing but superior professional performance from her. I can’t say enough about the personal touch she puts on her interactions with me. She is always thoughtful and genuinely concerned about my needs and the needs of my family. Olivia is the reason I stay with TNAA. I've had a lot of other tempting offers, but I wouldn't want to do this job without having Olivia as my resource for whatever comes up that I need. She is extremely patient and easy going, but still gets done whatever needs to get done. I am so grateful that she is the one who has been helping me navigate this travel world since 2016 -- wouldn't want it to be anyone else!

Olivia is an absolutely amazing person not just to work with but also that I get to call her my friend now. Our relationship has grown over the last 8 years and I can't imagine working with anyone else. She always goes above and beyond to help me out and when she is out for her own personal time she always gives me someone I can contact in case of an urgent need. She is always "real" and looks out for my best interest.

Before I started being a traveler, I heard of the relationship that the travelers had with their recruiter. I hope as time goes on we will continue to get stronger. She has stuck by me. That means a lot. As we continue our journey I hope she can get me to my final destination. Olivia has been wonderful.
