He is available at all times. That must be hard for him. He is kind, attentive and doesn’t hide the harsh truth. Tells you how it is out there. Helped me constantly in finding new opportunities. He is very encouraging. There were times I was losing hope as a Canadian RN in finding a job. But he relentlessly kept trying.

I left another travel company and literally within 2 minutes of expressing interest in TNAA Jim called me. I explained what I expected from a recruiter and he listened to me, HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS! He has been very responsive when I message him. EXACTLY how you want a recruiter to be. Going into my second contract and at this point I feel quite comfortable that he has my best interests in mind. I look forward to working with Jim again on this upcoming contract.
