Jim is very thorough with upfront company offers, nurse friendly and team player. Jim has knowledge of healthcare n general is exceptional . He also goes above and beyond in relaying what the company offers and expects from travelers. Jim has excellent communicative skills in regards to explaining every detail and steps to get the contract within the area you prefer. Overall experience has been smooth and less painful than any other agency I have worked with.

Jim has been amazing to work with since first contact. He respected my time, interests, and personal needs. He explained the good and the if there where any bads with all aspects of being a travel nurse in regards to whatever situation i asked about. He is very honest and forthcoming with all information and assignment details. The word recruiter does not belong in his job description. A more appropriate term would be Career coach or career guidance specialist. I never felt any pressure in choosing TNAA as my travel nurse career employer and his expertise and professionalism honestly made TNAA the only choice for me. I say all of this because i was contacted by more than 15 different "recruiters" and discussed the position and assignments with most of them but there was always a pressure point or a hurry up type of moment but not with Jim. Thanks again Jim for your outstanding professionalism and addressing my individual concerns and personal situations.

I initially checked out TNAA out of curiosity as I felt that travel nursing would not fit my life.The first recruiter I worked with moved on to another career so I placed my search on hold. Then one day I received a phone call from Jim.. he was so friendly and down to earth. I explained to him what I was looking for and some of my fears related to traveling. He listened and worked hard to find something that fit my needs. Jim is an excellent recruiter and I am so thankful that our paths crossed.
