Lexi found me via LinkedIn based on my background description. I was passively looking at the time, she took the time to understand my background and skillset to ensure a match with the client and ultimately my new employer. Culture and job satisfaction was a big driving factor which she vetted and thought I would be a good match. So far just past my 1 year anniversary, I'm very happy and likely found my "forever home".

I had applied for the same position with a different recruiter 2 months before my first engagement with Kim with no response. Kim was able to take my resume, get me in front of the right team, and I left my interview with the hiring manager telling me that I "knocked it out of the park!" She was able to take what I was looking for and find the right match for me quickly and with good response.
