She knew exactly what to advise at each step—honestly, all I had to do was shut up and listen. 😄 The interview prep was exceptional: clear insights into the hiring manager’s expectations, project background, LinkedIn profiles for the panel, and context that made my conversations feel purposeful, not generic. But what really sets her apart? The follow-up. Most recruiters vanish the second there's ambiguity or bad news. Role on hold? You'll hear from her. Feedback taking a while? She’s still checking in. Offer or no offer, she’s there. That kind of consistency is rare, and to be honest, it builds more goodwill for a company than any job ad ever could. If I may suggest something to whoever Lexi reports to: Keep her in mind for leadership development opportunities—her communication and accountability are already manager-grade. Let her train others on candidate experience; her follow-up process alone could be a masterclass. If you have an internal recognition program, give her the spotlight!
