Crystal was very transparent in her communication with me through out the process from interview to offer. The issues experienced during this period was with the client and their delays in getting started due to budget issues on their side. At no time did I feel like Crystal wasn’t working on my behalf. When I had given up hope, she continued to reassure me that the request was still open and she would be looking for other opportunities during the period. Overall, she is awesome!

From providing thorough background information on the role to asking insightful questions about my background and skills, she demonstrated a high level of responsibility and professionalism. What has particularly stood out to me is her responsiveness and genuine positive demeanor. Her timely responses and positive attitude have made the process smooth and enjoyable, and I am grateful for her approachable nature. As we are just beginning our journey towards a potential position, I am hopeful that there will be additional next steps in the process.
