We spent a few months in contact over the position. The client had a slow ramp up to when they were ready, and Crystal was patient and transparent with me through the whole process. She offered solid advice on resume and portfolio needs and kept me informed even when there was no info from the client end. It was nice to not be guessing or wondering where I stood during the process. Job hunting is stressful and she did her best to keep me at ease.
Crystal was very transparent in her communication with me through out the process from interview to offer. The issues experienced during this period was with the client and their delays in getting started due to budget issues on their side. At no time did I feel like Crystal wasn’t working on my behalf.
When I had given up hope, she continued to reassure me that the request was still open and she would be looking for other opportunities during the period. Overall, she is awesome!
