Olivia was very welcoming and non-judgmental through the whole process. I was very impressed that she led the interview by asking me not only what was I looking for but to also describe and talk about jobs that I really liked in the past or parts of jobs that I really liked in the past. She listened intently and offered three possible job positions that would meet my needs and also my interests. She had a lot of knowledge about the companies and I was able to get a clear picture of what I would be walking into. Throughout the process she was supportive, encouraging, and prompt in both her communication with me and the client company. How she conducted everything truly made me feel heard, supported, and valued.
