I'm still rather early in my search process and I am waiting to hear more about the opportunity I was presented for. I'm curious to see how the relationship develops depending on how this initial goes, he mentioned he was already thinking of other positions I'd be a good fit for if this doesn't work and I appreciate his forward thinking as a contingency but understanding our first option still being the best one.
