About Barry Andis:

Barry contacted me via LinkedIn about the possibility of returning to a position I previously held with a large utility company. After giving it some thought, I reached out and provided him with the details he requested and he submitted all my materials to the hiring manager (someone I knew from working with them previously). I assume they were not interested in having me back because he essentially ghosted me - even when I specifically requested that he let me know if this was the case - as I suspected it might be. Not because of my work product, but due more to personality and overall department culture. It was the lack of any type of follow-up that was disappointing. Instead of seeing if there were other roles, with other organizations, that might be a better fit, he decided to disappear. This is a perfect example of why I prefer not to work with recruiters.

Sean was very kind and helpful however I never received any contact after the first call. Nothing saying that they decided to go with another candidate and hasn’t updated since the first call

About Sitara Ramessar:

I found Sitara to be very personable. I had a really positive conversation with her, and I genuinely enjoyed it. On Monday, she followed up with me to make sure my resume was sent to the client. Additionally, she offered excellent suggestions for improving my resume.
