About Sean McDivitt:

At first Sean was fantastic! Advocated for me to speed up the interview process. Within 2 hours of my first interview I received the second. Everything seemed to be moving so smoothly. Unfortunately, I ended up getting ghosted. It’s been a whole month and I have heard nothing. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe his hands are tied from their internal processes. Maybe he got in a horrible accident—I hope he’s okay. But I have seen activity on LinkedIn so he is, in fact, alive and able to use devices. Whatever the reason for the silence, it takes just a few seconds to say “hey, I haven’t heard back from them” or “I’m currently not permitted to give feedback as they handle things internally”. Radio silence is completely unprofessional, and I’m very disappointed because I was ready to give Sean 5 star everything.

About Heather Stevens:

I have just submitted my resume to Heather and am unsure exactly how far along she is with submitting my resume to her client. That being said, the conversation I had with her was extremely helpful. She had found a position that matched my background and the direction I would like to take my career perfectly. She seemed extremely knowledgeable about the position and the hiring process with the company.

About Heather Stevens:

Heather was easy to work with. She explained the Duke Energy role clearly, helped me prepare the submission and the qualification answers, and kept the process moving. Responsive and professional. I’d be glad to work with her again on future openings.
