Bartech's having a simplified process for applying for jobs was the first motivator. By this I mean, simply submitting a resume for the job one is interested in without having to complete web page after web page of non value added information. The turnaround time from my submitting my resume to Heather's contacting me was simply amazing. I think it was in less than 30 minutes.
