Mrs.Julian, A refreshing voice that was filled with positivity feedback. Julian professionalism during our intial interview reassured me that I was in good hands. She displayed empathy during our discussion of my time off work due to the COVID-19 pandemic , None of us knew the choices we had to make for family or work. Not knowing the situation of bringing the virus into your home for those with under line health issues which placed many of Americans with little choices. Julian not once asked why? Her mind stayed focus on my next opportunity if I’m selected for the next round with the customer, Thank you Mrs. Julian if I Selected or not.. At least I had a person that understood and put her best effort towards, getting me to the next round. And actually that’s all we all can ever ask for from A recruiter by getting us at the next level and at this point we’re representing the recruiting company that recommended the member to the table.
