About William Payton:

Given share military background, will was very warm and honest about the position and made a greater effort regarding the exploration of my background in alignment of the firms (West Rock) position and goals. Will is a great example of leveraging transferable skills from the military as I did not feel like another number in the hiring que. He’s display of emotional intelligence as a recruit is a glare all hiring recruiters should lead with, and that is, there’s a human being behind every resume.
