Heather was veryy pleasant and professional. She inquired initially about my wants and needs and then took the time to actually investigate a few of the positions I had targeted on the Bartech website and let me know they were on hold or not applicable any longer. she then took the time for me to keep goig through the list live and investigated further. On that day she actually submitted my resume and forwarded me follow up questions from the employer. Although I was very knowledgeable of the position I was lacking a crucial element that they required. Not discouraged she asked me to leave it to her to do some investigation on her own and the very next day had found a position that very nearly fit all the items on my checklist. Seh the put in contact with the account manager for that client and my resume was submitted. I do hope I secure this position but if not Im sure she will find another for me.
All in all Heather is very good at her job,is a real people person and goes the extra mile to help out job seekers and put them in a place where they can thrive.
I will certainly refer her and Bartech from the experieince that I have been thourgh thus far when I come across a colleague in need of a new career position.
