Initial contact with Recruiter Heather McRae indicated how professional she is. She clearly explained how their recruitment process goes when trying to secure interviews for applicants. She immediately followed up with me within 24 hours after submitting my resume to an employer to keep me informed. And follow ups are so important to those of us waiting with great anticipation on each next step and hopefully securing a good position. He and I had never spoken before but he quickly proved to be a valuable and kind individual. With his help, I have had an interview with the aforementioned social media team and am waiting to hear back on the position.
