About Heather McRae:

It was easy talking to Heather about the position. There was no pressure, and it did not feel at all like I was being grilled as it is with some recruiters. She shared what she knew about the position. As a bonus, she speaks clearly and is easy to understand. I talk to a lot of people on the phone with all sorts of accents, and clarity is crucial.
