Kelly was right on top of things. She told me all about the job, how to prepare for the interview, questions that may be asked during it. We had multiple conversations and emails. Then after my job phone interview today, she followed up with how my interview went, what we talked about, questions that were asked, etc. I told her that my interviewer said that I would hear back from them, either way, within 3-5 business days. She was always extremely positive and supportive. She gave great positive feedback over my interview.
