Lindsay Pfenning is awesome! When I started in June 2017, we were working with Stivers and one other staffing agency. Lindsay reached out and came to meet with me, and she was my point of contact. It was great working with Lindsay. After Lindsay was promoted a few years ago, we had not gotten as many people from Stivers. The person we were working with from 2020 on had not been responsive. Early last year, I received a survey and commented that we only had a few people from Stivers with us at that time.
Shortly after I completed that survey, Lindsay called me. She apologized and said they'd had some turnover, which I certainly understand. Lindsay brought Robin Mueller, Division Director, to meet with me. Robin is great!!
We're working with three staffing agencies. Now, out of 24 Data Entry Clerks, 10 are through Stivers. We have three more scheduled to start on January 17; and one of them is from Stivers.
We have four Customer Service Representatives, and all four are through Stivers.
