Job Title: Help Desk Administrator Pay: $21-22/hr Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you’ll prepare and configure computers, connect equipment, and help ensure workstations are ready for daily use. You’ll partner with internal staff to address basic technical needs and keep office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for: • Set up and configure workstations, ensuring all equipment is properly connected and operational. • Apply standard system settings and prepare devices for user readiness. • Test and confirm reliable network connectivity across all stations. • Collaborate with team members to complete setup tasks efficiently during deployment. • Verify functionality of each workstation, troubleshoot issues, and document setup details.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Experience with Applications- Windows and general system configuration concepts. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and following directions. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately. • Dependability with the ability to work on-site and maintain a consistent schedule.
