I promised myself several years ago to "lean into life"! I try to do so daily!
I have a job I love and I am fortunatelyto be able to work with the best team around!
I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years.
In the past, I had the chance to be Pluto at Walt Disneyworld.
After living in Texas and Florida, I returned to the Kansas City area to be near family.
I surround myself with great friends and family.
I hope to travel in the future and see more of the world.

I do my best to find the positive in a bad situation. I feel I have learned much more from my challenges than my successes.
I want everyone I encounter to feel a little better afterwards.
The best compliment I can get is when someone tells me I impacted their life positively!

I am active and enjoy yoga, swim and walk several miles daily. I also enjoy watching my Kansas Jayhawks, Royals and Chiefs.

About Amy Higgins:

I only went through Stivers because I was going to work with KCEB again. In the past I worked through them directly. Because I was asked to do a different role it required me to go through Stivers. I don't have a lot of regular contact with Amy but when I first had to fill out my paperwork with her, she was extremely patient and helpful. She answered my emails and calls promptly and dealt with all my questions.
