Job Title: Recruiter

Pay: $25-30/hr Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM flexible hours Start Date: ASAP

As a Recruiter, you'll lead all recruiting efforts for a variety of sales roles across the company. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, reaching out to candidates, conducting phone screens, and guiding them through the hiring process. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your recruiting expertise and work independently in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for

• Managing 2-4 requisitions, primarily for sales positions, throughout the company.

• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and posting job openings. • Conducting phone screens to assess candidate skills and fit. • Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and next steps. • Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to candidate handoff. • Maintaining organized applicant tracking and communication.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably recruiting for technical sales roles.

• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn. • Strong motivation and ability to work independently without supervision. • Excellent communication. • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple requisitions.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in St. Charles and offers full-time weekday hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hybrid schedule after training and flexible hours.
