Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Pay: $22 -24 per hour

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a Human Resources Associate for our client, a manufacturer located in Medina, OH. The Human Resource Associate will help with recruiting and general Human Resource support work. 

As a Human Resource Associate, you will be responsible for:

-Recruiting for Hourly production positions.

-FMLA and leaves of absence tracking.

-Assisting in payroll including timesheet review and inputting information into Paylocity

-Administrative human resources support of employee questions for human resources and password resets.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

-1-2 years of experience with recruiting, onboarding and human resources support. 

-Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word proficiency.

-Timekeeping system experience.
