  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Benefit administration
  • Payroll processing

Human Resources Manager requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior Human Resource and Payroll experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of benefits administration experience
  • Previous use of an HRIS
  • Strong aptitude for technology, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
