National company in south Kansas City, MO is looking for an Account Coordinator.
This position offers a flexible day schedule and starts at $19/hr!
Account Coordinator job duties:
Researching, writing and processing credits
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and carriers
Enter orders received by phone, fax and/or email into detailed Excel spreadsheets
Send loads to designated carriers and handle carrier issues and/or concerns
Create and follow-up carrier appointments
Account Coordinator job requirements:
1 year Office Support work experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (strong Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, analytical and administrative skills with the ability to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities
Fluid interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of customers, personnel and department both written and verbal
Shifts are between 7am-5pm with an hour lunch break for an 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday.
