Are you looking to transition from retail or the service industry to an office setting?

Educational company in Overland Park, KS is looking for 4 entry level Inside Sales Reps. These are unscripted roles with great training provided. No sales experience required; just need great people skills and a drive to succeed!

Entry level Inside Sales Rep duties include:

• Outbound calls and emails to existing clients; 50 daily

• Evaluate needs and providing pricing

• Build rapport through follow up

Entry level Inside Sale Rep requirements:

• Driven sales minded and independent thinker

• Excellent attendance and punctual

• Good computer skills; will train on their software

Training hours are 8a-5p, Monday to Friday. Once trained, shifts will start at 7am. 8am or 9am depending on the territory assigned.

A hybrid option is possible after 6 months. 

Pay starts are $18.27/hr plus 1-3% commission. Sliding scale through training with first year expectations of $40-60k. 

Background check and drug screen required.
