Database Specialist Job Duties:

• Contact members, perform research on persons and companies, and make required changes in the database. 
• Break down complex issues and recommend proactive solutions
• Extract or discover information and anticipate obstacles in projects
• Process paid subscriptions and renewals

Database Specialist Requirements:

• Must be a critical thinker with strong data analysis skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum 3 years’ experience required in at least one of the following:  Aptify, non-profit AMS applications or other comparable enterprise level CRM systems; relational database maintenance; and/or web content management
