Accounts Payable Specialist-Remote
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our beauty industry distribution/manufacturing family. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, familiarity with NetSuite, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process inventory and freight bills.
- Manage landed cost transactions.
- Perform 3-way match of inventory bills.
- Maintain vendor information.
- Process 1099s annually.
- Support annual physical inventory counts.
- Reconcile inventory deposits and prepayments.
- Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures.
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- 3 way matching
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using NetSuite preferred.
$23-25 per hour
Schedule M-F: 8am - 4:30pm (flexible)
