Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Quoting new business or renewals. In addition, checking policies against quotes for accuracy. - Issuing Certificates of Insurance. Also providing binders to newly insured clients. - Process Endorsements requested from Account Executives, Producers, or direct from the insured. - Review a new policy or renewal policy cross checking with either the expiring renewal or proposal. - Setting up new business accounts in the company internal company, gathering information to complete profiles.
