• Review daily reports to identify potential costing issues and coordinate any necessary corrective action
• Serve as a partner to value streams, providing effective analysis to optimize decision making 
• Develop and maintain product and job costs, proactive evaluation of the current costing process, and provide analysis and insight to key decision makers
• Perform month-end closing duties for the US operations, general ledger reconciliation and analysis, and processes improvements
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational results, collaborating with the Controller and CFO
• Assist with the physical inventory process to identify areas of process improvement
• Manage fixed assets, including CIP, additions, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and reviews

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting
• At least 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior experience with general ledger analysis, month end close processing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis
• Substantial experience in utilizing ERP, accounting, and Excel software
• LEAN accounting and manufacturing experience is a plus
