  • Collect, analyze, and manage statistical and financial data, resulting in the creation of meaningful reports for internal directors and cost center managers to lead them into business improvements and cost reductions. 
  • Prepare weekly reports on financial metrics to share and converse with the leadership team
  • Coordinate and prepare financial forecasts while creating and maintaining annual budgets
  • Report and analyze program profitability (REP/RFQ) 
Financial Analyst Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems with advanced skills in Excel such as formulas, and pivot tables 
  • Familiarity with accounting software applications, NetSuite/Certify/Ultipro/Evolv preferred 
  • Ability to review program profitability or grants profitability-preferred
