I suspect my experience was more dictated by the available pool of candidates interested in my position as I was not being sent quality candidates. Again, I don't know if that was a lack of understanding of what I was looking for or simply a lack of appropriate candidates. I kind of suspect the type of candidates I was looking for is not the type to use a temp agency though.
