I think personally, Marissa is amazing... I believe this is more then just a job with her. She truly cares... and because of Marissa, she is the reason I love working the jobs she sends me too. Shes an amazing person with great people skills, as long as she still works there I'll be sure to send people to her.
Todd called me several times to make an appointment to accommodate my work schedule after I applied a few weeks earlier and never followed through with my onboarding paperwork with Luther I believe. I was happy he went up and beyond and made an appointment within 2 days to meet me. Upon meeting me, he really discussed my qualifications & then said he had the perfect position for me. Since I already was working, I was a little reluctant to up and quit the stability I had but Todd seemed sincere to me when I told him I didn't want to work for a company that treated their temp employees terrible and I was looking for temp-to-perm hire. He assured me this was the place. So I said send my info to them. He called me the next day and asked if I could start the following day and told me what the wage was. I was stunned. I started, loved it, they liked me & already offered me a permanent position upon getting my 480 hours in. Todd was honest to me and that means everything. This company is genuine & treats their employees very well. I am so happy Todd believed in me & my skills and visa versa. He is definitely an asset to Selectemp. I never dreamed this opportunity would land in my lap within 2 days. Thank you Todd!
