Perhaps not sending emails to follow up on payment when payments have actually already cleared our account. Or figuring out the timing on your end for actually processing payments before making us research why you don't have records of our payments, despite the fact that we have never missed one. The amount of time it takes to confirm that we have sent you payments, and then to do additional research when the response is that you have not received, despite them clearing the bank prior to the communication is wasteful.
