  • Working as a team to cut, stack and bind different varieties of wood that is being made into moulding - this will be a majority of the job.
  • Feeding a single blade rip saw with wood of different lengths
  • Looking for any defects on the wood before passing it through the machine (may result in needing to running it under a saw to cut out the defects)
  • Remove the boards from the rip saw and stack it onto carts in order to band it and get it ready for shipping

  • 1st couple of weeks while training, some "standing around" will occur. (remember, you are being paid to stand around so absorb what you can as you are watching others as they work and don't be afraid to ask questions).
