Job Title: Manufacturing Labor Pay: $25.00 / hour Hours: 4:45am-5:15pm / 4:45pm - 5:15am. 2-2-3 rotation, alternate Day and Night schedule every 2 months.  Start Date: 11/09/2026

As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will play a vital role in day-to-day chemical processing operations, working closely with experienced production supervisors to maintain high quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will be responsible for • Emptying 50 lb bags of powdered material into reactor tanks continuously throughout the shift • Measuring materials precisely for batch production • Handling hoses, grounding equipment, and monitoring pressures and vacuums during processing • Following detailed safety and operational procedures with supervisor sign-offs at each training milestone • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, adhering to strict personal safety standards (including showering on site before shift end) • Learning machine operating programs and basic automated controls over time • Completing other duties as assigned to support production goals

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have • A consistent and reliable work history • Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs continuously throughout long shifts • Prior production, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn • Comfortability working at elevated heights using lifts and ladders • Basic computer skills (for future training on machine operation software) • A strong, safety-conscious mindset • Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear required safety gear (including chemical and dust suits)
