Pay: $18.00 /hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Worker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our public facilities in the Albany area. You'll work directly alongside our full-time landscaper to ensure our outdoor spaces are clean, manicured, and ready for community use.

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for: • Assisting with essential landscaping duties, including weed control and spreading bark dust. • Trimming, pruning, and maintaining the overall appearance of plants and green spaces. • Pressure washing walkways, patios, and facility exteriors to keep them clean and safe. • Working collaboratively alongside our full-time landscaper to complete daily outdoor projects. • Safely operating basic landscaping tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have: • A strong work ethic—someone who is reliable, willing to show up on time, and ready to work. • Prior landscaping experience or knowledge is preferred. • Ability to handle physical, outdoor labor in various weather conditions. • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
