What You'll Do

As a Counter Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Use your technical knowledge to assist customers with hardware projects and provide instructions when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and performing weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and best practices.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

 

• Previous experience in retail, hardware store, or construction-related environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware items, tools, and building materials.
• Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions for measurements and transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60–75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and understand technical specifications.
