Job Title: Packager 1st Shift

Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00AM – 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a steady, hands-on role in food production with consistent hours and long-term growth opportunities? Join a busy food manufacturing team in Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to producing granola, cereal, and packaged food products in a clean, fast-paced environment. As a Packager, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring products are prepared for shipment, maintaining production flow, and upholding quality standards throughout the packaging process.

As a Packager, you'll support daily operations by preparing and inspecting packaged items, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You'll work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

As a Packager, you will be responsible for:

• Repacking boxes and bags of food products into shipping cases accurately and efficiently.
• Placing cereal and other food products into shipping cartons with care.
• Counting and verifying product quantities to ensure correctness.
• Stacking boxes and pallets safely and efficiently to facilitate smooth handling and shipping.
• Inspecting packaging for quality, consistency, and safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Supporting the production and packaging teams as needed throughout your shift to meet daily goals.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The ability to lift 35–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Capacity to stand and remain active for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks accurately.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, or production roles is a plus but not required.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position based in Eugene, Oregon. The working hours are Wednesday through Sunday, from 6:00AM to 2:30PM.
