Job Title: Food Production Sanitation Worker

Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: Thursday – Monday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Food Production Sanitation Worker, you'll support daily operations by ensuring all equipment and production areas remain clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety regulations. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to uphold quality standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

What You'll Do

As a Food Production Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing food production and packaging equipment following company procedures and sanitation schedules.
• Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling production machinery to maintain optimal operation.
• Performing environmental swabbing and sanitation checks in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Monitoring production areas for cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and housekeeping procedures at all times.
• Reporting any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to supervisors.
• Completing sanitation logs, records, and documentation accurately.
• Supporting overall food safety and quality programs within the facility.
• Assisting with additional sanitation and production support tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and remain active for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
