Pay: $20/hr  Hours: Monday - Friday Day shift 6 am start time  Start Date: ASAP - Temp position through July

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Laborer, you will:

• Support general production and manufacturing operations by performing various physical tasks essential to the manufacturing process.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and products to appropriate areas to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform repetitive manual tasks such as stacking, sorting, and moving materials, while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote efficiency and safety for all team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Strong reliability, excellent attendance, and punctuality to meet production schedules.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfort working in varying conditions, including different temperatures and environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work, including lifting, bending, and handling materials.
• A strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn new skills to grow within the company.
