Job Title: Warehouse Associate I

Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Associate I, you’ll contribute to daily operations by efficiently handling inventory, operating equipment safely, and supporting team efforts to meet production goals. Collaborating closely with the warehouse team and supervisors, you will help maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move and stage materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists, supporting timely order fulfillment.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing materials by reading formulas, recipes, and work instructions, ensuring high standards.
• Load and unload trucks, resolve order discrepancies, and participate in inventory audits to keep stock counts accurate.
• Conduct forklift inspections before and after shifts and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

• Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
• Proven experience with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Bonus: Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly valued.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English for work instructions and labeling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position located in Lebanon, OR, working weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
