Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Steel Recycling Metal Sorter & Yard Worker, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the yard runs smoothly and effectively, contributing to a sustainable future through recycling.

What You’ll Do:

As a Steel Recycling Metal Sorter & Yard Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals to ensure proper recycling processes.
• Working in the scrap metal yard, engaging in hands-on sorting and organization of materials.
• Performing groundwork and cleanup tasks to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Adapting to outdoor conditions, as some work will take place in the elements.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
• A keen attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
