Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $16 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Following detailed work orders and assembly instructions meticulously.
• Performing hands-on, repetitive assembly of electrical and mechanical components with precision.
• Organizing and maintaining your workstation, ensuring materials are readily available for assembly.
• Using basic tools and sonic welding equipment to solder, wire, and align small parts accurately.
• Labeling and preparing completed parts for the next step in production.
• Collaborating closely with your teammates to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in assembly, production, or any repetitive work (any industry).
• Comfort with small parts, tools, and basic chemicals such as acetone and Loctite.
• Good color recognition for working with various wire colors.
• Reliability and consistency — we value team members who show up ready to contribute every day.
• Soldering or mechanical/electrical experience is a plus (we are willing to train the right candidate!).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (a diploma is not necessary if you have the skills!).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Salem, OR, and offers a day shift with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
