Job Title: Salesperson

Pay: $20 per hour plus Commission Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Must be available to work Saturdays) Start Date: January 19, 2026

As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships with customers. Your commitment to stellar results and top-notch customer service is our primary goal. You’ll collaborate closely with management and the sales team to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Consultation: Greet customers, discuss their heating and design needs, and recommend suitable products such as gas, wood, or electric fireplaces.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the entire product line, including technical specifications, venting requirements, fuel types, and design styles.
  • Sales and Quoting: Create accurate sales quotes, prepare contracts, and process transactions for both in-showroom and remote/online sales.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution, maintain accurate timelines, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with customers, manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system, and effectively handle customer complaints.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local building codes and regulations.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this Salesperson role will possess:

  • Product knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, and related accessories (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales experience, including lead generation, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with home improvement concepts and installation requirements.
  • Ability to utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.

Location & Schedule:
