As a Snow Removal On-Call Laborer, you will be crucial in assisting with snow removal projects during inclement weather. You will work alongside our dedicated crews to ensure that clients’ properties remain safe and accessible.

What You’ll Do:

As a Snow Removal On-Call Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Shoveling walkways and entrances to ensure safety and accessibility
• Spreading deicer or sand by hand to mitigate icy conditions
• Supporting on-site snow crew leads by providing assistance as needed

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The flexibility to work on an on-call basis, with shifts varying from 4 to 13 hours per day/night
• Reliable transportation to reach designated job sites or dispatch yard
• Appropriate cold-weather gear, including waterproof boots, to protect against harsh conditions
• The physical ability to work in challenging weather conditions, including snow, ice, and freezing temperatures
• Recent work history that demonstrates physical labor experience
