As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll play a key role in executing a diverse range of welding tasks, including MIG, Fluxcore, and light TIG welding. You'll have the opportunity to operate advanced fabrication equipment and prepare metal components for assembly, contributing to various exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing MIG and Fluxcore welding to create high-quality metal structures.
• Completing occasional TIG welding as necessary to meet project specifications.
• Grinding and deburring metal parts using handheld and palm grinders to ensure precision.
• Operating shop machinery, including drill presses and press brakes, to assist in fabricating items.
• Removing parts from laser cutting machines and burn tables, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Tack and spot welding components as required to fit together assemblies securely.
• Reading tape measures and interpreting basic fabrication instructions to accurately execute tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and equipment to promote a safe, organized environment.
• Supporting production goals with consistent, high-quality workmanship.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior welding experience (required) with a strong focus on MIG and Fluxcore welding; TIG experience is preferred.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints for effective execution of designs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform various shop-related tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship to meet high production standards.
• Reliability, consistent attendance, and a robust work ethic to contribute to team success.
